First House Miyamaedaira is one of our most popular guesthouses, located 7min walk from Miyamaedaira station.
It has also good access to Shibuya station. It takes 22min from Mayamaedaira station to Shibuya station by Tokyu Denen Toshi line.
The rent is reasonable. It is about 10,000yen lower than the rent of equal type of apartment in this area.
Additionally, initial cost would be around 200,000yen less than that of general apartments.
The building is not very new, and we are unable to refurbish it because of owner's wish. So, we ask you to look at the guesthouse and consider whether you would like to take it or not before signing a contract. |
